I am a practicing member of the Radionic Association holding a diploma qualification, MRadA. Reiki
I am a fully attuned and qualified Reiki Master (on the Usui lineage) and I'm also qualified in animal reiki so support pets and horses too.
Reiki can deeply relax, balance and calm the energy system.
One or two treatments can help but it is recommended that a course of treatments is given to feel a deeper benefit.

In addition bring balance, harmony and good fortune in your earth luck through Feng Shui. I am Feng Shui Level 3 and can carry out an analysis to find your personal energy number and how the Qi flows in your home or work environment can be harmonised and optimised for your health, success, relationships and growth.
Flower Essences
I am a qualified Flower and Vibrational Essence Practitioner.
Flower essences are a vibrational energy medicine that works by capturing the energy of each flower, herb, or tree. The aim of a flower essence, is to steadily change the vibrations associated with emotion hence restoring balance and well-being.
The flowers which are used in the essences are grown and produced on the estate.
Sound Healing
I studied music at the University of York. In addition to music being a passion of mine, I recognise the potential that music has in the role of healing.
I am a qualified Sound Healing practitioner. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound with a sound healing session. Using various singing crystal bowls all 432hz, I will help guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.
Crystal Therapy
I am a qualified advanced crystal healing practitioner.
Crystal therapy is another holistic approach to wellness. The crystals can support with energy flow around the human body, working with the spiritual, emotional and physical bodies.
Ayurvedic Herbs
I hold a diploma in Ayurvedic herbalism, offering plant-based support that aligns with your unique constitution to restore inner balance and vitality. These ancient remedies work gently yet powerfully to harmonize mind, body, and energy.
